Information for Schools

Visit a real traditional working farm for:

  • Now registered with DEFRA under Countryside Stewardship Scheme
  • Hands on experience
  • Guided tours ideal for all school ages

  • 1 free place with every 10 paying children
  • Indoor arena with hand washing facilities

Teachers free pre-visit - admission by arrangement.

Souvenir packs may be ordered in advance £1.50 / £2.00 - thus no shopping!

Full Guided Tours: £4.50 per head
10:30am until 2pm or 2pm until 5pm

  • Trained guides chosen for your age group
  • Tour with hands on, touching and feeding animals
  • Bottle feed lambs
  • Squirt a pig
  • Bed down the cows
  • Find the llamas and deer
  • Tractor train ride through the farm to River Rother with description of our working year
